Larry Jordan: That strikes me as so much, so many different tools that it would be almost impossible for one person to learn. How do you help somebody get started?

Dave Clack: That's a really good point. In fact, when we have discussions with folks who come onto the booth, we spend a good five or ten minutes before we do any showing of software, just trying to find out what folks want. Workflow is crucial and, frankly, it's easy to deploy even good software badly.

So, finding out what people's real problems are, where's the pain, what is it they want to fix with an asset management deployment is really vital. So, really then, focusing in on those small parts of the workflow that really are going to be valuable is pretty critical both in terms of discussion tier and in implementations in the real world.
