How does your pricing work?
The cost to transcribe and translate is based on the duration of your audio/video file, rounded to the minute.
We have Pay As You Go and subscription plans. A key benefit of the subscription plans is they include credit and have a substantial discount on any additional transcription and translation.
Can I prepay for credit?
Oh yah!

Who owns my data?
You do. You retain ownership of all the data you send to your user account. Delete it when you like. You are in control.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes!
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your profile page and it will not renew.
If you are on Pay As You Go, there are no subscription fees and there is nothing to cancel.
