Larry Jordan: What was it that attracted you to them [Acromove]?

Steve Crouch: Literally, I saw a post on LinkedIn, one of the guys, Artemios Achillopoulos, he's our CEO.

LJ: It took you a while to pronounce that. I'm very impressed.

SC: Yeah, I had to memorize that. And I saw a video that they had made of this product that they had called the Thunder Pack. This was 2 years ago or a year and a half ago. I looked at it and I said,  "This is the most beautiful piece of engineering I have ever seen." And I literally called them up. They had a number up in the Bay Area. It turns out I got forwarded to Athens, Greece. I started talking to them and I ended up meeting the most wonderful people, brilliant engineers, resourceful and everything, and they were just getting ready to get set up in the United States. I have a pretty long history working with Panasonic broadcast and a number of other companies here in the US and I suggested to them that, since I live in Los Angeles, maybe we could work together. And that's how we got together and now we're incorporated in Los Angeles and we're incorporated in Athens, Greece and we're ready to roll.
