Larry Jordan: Probably one of the biggest pieces of news that came out in the last two weeks is the acquisition of NewTek by Vizrt or Viz RT depending upon your point of view. I'm going to get the correct pronunciation in just a second because our next guest is Liam Hayter. He's the workflow and solutions architect for NewTek. Liam, thanks for joining us today.

Liam Hayter: Thanks for having me.

Larry Jordan: So how do you pronounce it?

Liam Hayter: Viz RT.

Larry Jordan: Thank you. I think so I got it. Viz RT. Are you still employed?

Liam Hayter: We are indeed. Yeah.

Larry Jordan: So what's the reaction been to the acquisition?

Liam Hayter: Been nothing but fantastic. There's a lot of positive waves coming from the industry about this joining of two really fantastic software-based companies. There's no overlap between us. We are very complementary. We've been collaborating already over the last year or so in a few different projects and products. And yeah, it's very exciting times.
