Project is locked
Click the lock icon near the file name to unlock the project

Your project is locked in the transcript editor, possibly because a teammates is/was editing and the transcript allows for only one person to edit a transcript at a time.
To unlock a project:
- either ask the user editing the transcript to exit or work on a different file or a different project
- or click the purple lock icon beside the file name and then choose unlock.
