Larry Jordan: So what did you got for us that's new? How can you help us keep track of all the stuff that we're generating?

Marc Batschkus: First of all, a lot of people are asking about cloud services, so we extended our cloud support here to Wasabi storage, which is very cost effective to back plays and back base, especially with their ARC import service called Fireball where they actually ship you disks or a RAID system to Hitachi F3 and to a Microsoft Azure are far more corporate-oriented people, so that is one thing.

The other thing is we extended our NAS support because a lot of people don't like to have separate service anymore for a smaller facility, so they'd like to have a NAS box installed, RQFP5 on it, and then have backup, archive, and cloning capabilities on that. We even now support Synology and QNAP devices for that.

LJ: Synology and QNAP. I'm ambivalent on using the cloud for archiving because, basically, we're paying rent forever on our data and we've also got the bandwidth issues of loading it up and down and security issues. So I'm leaning negative on cloud, but should I have a different opinion? What's your thought?

MB: The thing is as the situation is right now, there are several regions where people actually have a great access speed, like If you're in downtown New York, if you're in some regions in LA, if you're in London somewhere, you might have a pipeline that nobody else can buy, so a 10 gig pipeline to the Internet, and you have, of course, less of a bandwidth issue. That's one thing.
