Larry Jordan: Welcome back. We're talking with Derek Barrilleaux. He's the CEO of Projective Technology, which you may know as FlavorSys but they've gone through a renaming/rebranding exercise. Derek, it's good to have you with us.

Derek Barrilleaux: Hey Larry. Great to see you again.

Larry Jordan: I'm glad to have you back. Tell me what Projective Technology does?

Derek Barrilleaux: Well, we're all about the editing project. We literally put the project in the foreground, in our name, and put a bullet around the logo. I remember last year when we were talking here, we actually spent quite a couple of minutes talking about what FlavorSys is and why. We really want a name that kind of help speak to our value that we have for customers. And like I said, it's all about the project.

Larry Jordan: Well, I like Projective Technology much more than FlavorSys because FlavorSys, I never quite figured out. What would be a typical task you guys solve?

Derek Barrilleaux: Well, so like I said it's all about the editing project so we're managingÔøΩ Basically, we're turning the way production houses interact with storage. We're turning that on instead so. Instead of giving editors a big bucket of storage they work off of and then can work chaotically without structure, we help them by automating a lot of that media management and core projects. So whether you're working in Premiere, or Media Composer, or After Effects, or DaVinci, and all on standard IT storage. So that's it.
